I'm wrapped up 3 weeks of leave yesterday and headed back to work.  I never used to be able to take time off at year so it's nice to finally be able to.  I travel and work a lot throughout the year so I really cherish this time to unwind and catch up at home.  

Spring Time in Tokyo

It’s that time of year again and Ohanami in Nakameugro is about as good as it gets in my opinion.  I love being able to walk by Meguro River viewing the cherry blossoms, watch the people, take in the sights and sounds and the smells from the many food vendors

Wherever I May Roam

I always wonder if owning a car in Tokyo is a waste of money.   Parking is expensive anywhere you go.  It is expensive to park even at your apartment.    I don’t drive to work or to the airport.   I drive on weekends and sometimes it is only 1 of the days.
