Slowing Down
Sometimes we are all running too fast. I try to find days where my schedule isn't as insane as usual and slow down and enjoy my commute to and from the office. I try to leave 20 or 30 minutes earlier and leave a bit more time for my commute home so I can slow down and observe the world around me. It is always interesting to me how much more you notice when slowing down just a bit.

I love construction sites in Japan. Houses are within inches of each other. They drop tarps on all sides and then this machine rolls in and guts it. It makes for an interesting scene.

I decided to head home via a different station so the walk from my office to Yurakucho gave me some time to observe the world around me...

I walk by this place all the time but don't often stop in. It was freshing to experience this place again.
