Light is often one of the most important elements of your photograph. I always find it interesting when I hear comments like 'wow you caught that at just the right moment' or 'he was really lucky to get that shot'.
Tokyo's strange vibe that has been in the air all week seemed like it was lifting...a near panicked Tokyo races for the trains.
With mounting concerns of blackouts much of Tokyo is doing what they can to conserve power to try to prevent it.
